'Resurgo' is part of a Latin phrase Eadem Mutata Resurgo which translates to 'Changed, yet the same I rise'. A complete re-imagination of lively flowery bouquets, through this static sculptural form of what appears as decaying clay on copper and iron wire encased with hemp and parts of silver leaf. The rust applied here has been extracted from found objects that are rusted, almost as if they have been fully burnt and brought back into existence having been singed by their past lives.
