Six Readings on – Time

The seminars will attempt to present a discursive history of each subject, and the different theoretical approaches that have framed the subject in the academic arena, but more importantly in the sphere of various artistic practices.

The series takes off with a seminar on TIME, comprising readings and discussions on seminal texts of Simone de Beauvoir, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Georg Simmel, T.S Eliot, Milan Kundera, Immanuel Kant and Gabriel Garcia Márquez.

The resource scholars who will be conducting the readings include Asha Achuthan, Imran Ali Khan, Biraj Mehta, Kaiwan Mehta, Mitra Mukherjee-Parikh and Anita Vaccharajani.
