What Saju is showing in this work is an old map of Mumbai's urban area, from around 8 years ago. There are common people, who sit outside the land. Moreover you can also see boats/ships, which is a representation of exchange. 

Each day there is a transformation happening to the terrains and skylines of the city as well as the movement of the people. A significant part of the common people who were inhabiting this area sold their properties, opted to move out and settled in the suburbs of the city, mostly due to the redevelopment projects of luxury apartments, which is beyond their financial limits.

This is a kind of displacement. The old city held golden memories for them.
